Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prompt Mastery is digital content that is unlocked immediately after payment, so purchases are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once access is granted.

When we refund in full

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Your payment succeeded but the Course was not unlocked, and we could not fix it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
• A technical fault on our side prevents you from watching the Course and we cannot resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email support@example.com within 7 days of payment with your registered mobile number and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
