These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the online course “Prompt Mastery” (the “Course”) offered by Ustaad Ji (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying the Course you agree to them.

Your account

You register with your mobile number and a password. Keep your password private. An account is for one person; it can be signed in on up to two devices at a time, and signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one.

What you buy

A one-time payment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the course you bought on this website for your own learning. You do not receive a downloadable copy.

The All-Access Lifetime Pass gives the same licence for every course we publish on this website, including future courses, for as long as we operate the website. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of this service, not of the buyer. Release dates of upcoming courses are estimates and may change.

Acceptable use

You may not download, record, copy, share, resell, re-upload or publicly show the Course, or share your login. Videos carry a watermark linked to your account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

Content and liability

The Course is educational. AI tools change often and can produce incorrect output; always verify important information. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

Changes

We may update the Course content or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city, state] have jurisdiction.
